We have a network of accredited coaches and facilitators who have successfully completed our training program and are able to provide
coaching and facilitation services applying TCP methodology and materials. These skilled professionals have been drawn to The Callings Program as the principles and purpose of the work resonates with their values and experience. Each of them is applying the materials to their particular fields of passion and interest.
Jennifer has over 20 years experience assisting people to realise their potential. An experienced coach and facilitator Jennifer has worked in the areas of leadership and talent development, career transition and coached hundreds of individuals to achieve their career goals. Her work history also includes the establishment of a successful Marketing Division within a national corporation.
With a particular passion around assisting women return to work after becoming parents, The Callings Program provides a valuable tool to enhance this process.
Jennifer holds a degree in Behavioural Science as well as a post graduate diploma in human factors at work. Based in Sydney Australia she is available for face to face sessions, workshops and retreats. Also, tele-coaching sessions are offered to non-Sydney based and international clients.

As one of Brisbane’s unique interior decorators and The Calling Coaches, Maree offers a holistic approach to purposefulness and peacefulness. Her application of The Callings Program® assists clients achieve a meaningful life which she compliments with the creative processes and principles of interior decoration and design to offer improved living and working environments.
Through her business, Interior Balance, she is dedicated to creating a beautiful space for all her clients. She values experiences that deliver the difference: offers contentment in purposefulness; adds luxury in beautiful settings and achieves peacefulness from environments that celebrate nature.
Maree is current president of the Queensland Interior Decorators Association and has completed the advanced course in Interior Decorating and Design. She is Justice of the Peace Qualified, awarded an Adv Dip of Business Management, and has certificates in coaching and leadership. Maree is an active member of the 111 Toastmasters Club and holds the inaugural Premier’s Award for Management and Leadership Excellence in Public Sector Management.
Based in the great sunshine state (Queensland), Maree is available for conference facilitation, presentations, workshops, retreats and one-on-one consultations.

Wendy is a facilitator, researcher, counsellor and coach with more than 20 years consulting in these roles to clients in both the public and private sectors. She has a deep and ongoing interest in working with individuals and groups to find meaning in work and life through building alignment between vision, values and activity.
With highly developed facilitation skills and a wealth of facilitation experience in a broad range of settings, Wendy’s ability to engage people and draw them out enables her to work skilfully with both group process and content, both of which are key to any group effectively meeting its purpose.
Wendy has practised meditation for 25 years and for more than 15 of these has led education programs in mindfulness meditation and compassion with people from all walks of life. She also works with people who are facing life threatening illnesses, and their families, assisting them to finding meaning in life and peace at death.
Wendy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (O.T.) and a Masters of Applied Science (Social Ecology).
Based in Sydney, Wendy is available for face to face coaching sessions, workshops and retreats. For clients out of Sydney she is available for telephone coaching.

He is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Centre for Social Impact, University of NSW. He is an experienced researcher, educator and facilitator with the right balance of academic expertise and practical working knowledge of the corporate, not-for-profit and government sectors.
He has worked with organisations from across all sectors including The Westpac Foundation, Mallesons Stephen Jaques, B Leighton Holdings, Fundraising Institute Australia, Mission Australia,WorkVentures, The George Institute, BASF, CanTeen, The Smith Family, Big Brother Big Sister Australia and The Millennium Foundation.
Gianni is a leading thinker and practitioner in: Corporate Responsibility; assessing social impact and Spirituality and Business. He provides customised training and personal development workshops in the areas of Corporate Responsibility; Evaluation & Social impact assessment and Conscious Business. His application of The Callings Program® incorporates a focus on Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) and assists clients that wish to achieve beneficial social impact through business or those wishing to transition across sectors. Sessions are offered on a one to one basis, group workshops and retreats.
Gianni has a First Class Honours degree in Economics from the University of Sydney, a Masters (with Distinction) in Political Science from the University of London and a Doctorate from the Faculty of Economics & Politics at the University of Cambridge and has held teaching, research and policy positions at the Universities of Sydney, Cambridge, Wollongong, the ANU, UNSW, Parliament House Canberra, NSW Government agencies and The Smith Family.
